I mean, how does she manage to sing and dance her way through a 3-hour show, night after night, without breaking a sweat? Well, my friends, the secret is out – Taylor Swift’s workout routine is the stuff of legends.

The “Off-Season” Grind

When Taylor isn’t on tour, she’s putting in the hard work in the gym. According to her trainer, Kirk Myers, she trains up to 6 days a week, sometimes for 2 hours a day!  This “off-season” training is all about building strength, endurance, and conditioning – the foundation for her epic performances.Taylor’s no stranger to the treadmill, either. She’s been known to run while belting out her entire setlist, adjusting the speed to match the tempo of each song.  Talk about multitasking! And let’s not forget the 3 months of intense dance training she underwent to perfect her Eras Tour choreography.

But Taylor’s dedication doesn’t stop when she hits the road. Even during the grueling Eras Tour, she was still hitting the gym 2 times a week to maintain her strength and mobility.  Her trainer described her as “the most resilient person I have ever met,” praising her ability to push through even the toughest workouts.

Of course, even superstar athletes like Taylor need to rest and recover. After a grueling 3-show stretch, she would take a “dead day” where she’d literally stay in bed, only getting up to grab food.  She knows that proper rest and recovery are just as important as the training itself.
